I lead design at Knowunity, an AI-first startup helping +35 million students. In my free time, I build apps & experiment with whatever's newly possible. Everything I learn, I share on Substack & YouTube. I am not an ML expert. Just someone obsessed enough to lose sleep over what's newly possible.

Half-Mexican, half-German, mostly grew up in France. Big fan of clever products, that just feel right, and figuring out what makes them work.

Always keen to connect with Claude Code obsessives, and anyone who gets "way too excited" about a beautiful Rive animation or a perfectly crafted line of copy.

Full-stack builder & content creator, obsessed with rethinking what's possible in the age of AI. I share everything, the hits & the misses on Substack & YouTube (@airethink). For the same reason I work in education: I believe everyone has creative potential waiting to be unlocked.

This chapter began with Tolly, a platform for hyper-personalized children's stories. I taught myself to code, interviewed 100+ potential co-founders, and built our MVP alongside two exceptional teammates (ex-BCG & PhD in Computer Science), testing it with 100+ parents. We couldn’t validate core hypotheses, so we called it quits. Painful, but ultimately the correct decision.

Since then: 50+ websites, apps & custom tools, end-to-end. Graduated from Figma & Framer to Lovable, then Cursor, then Claude Code. Picking up TypeScript, React, Swift & motion design along the way. Each project an opportunity to test new tools, sharpen my skillset, and build empathy for my amazing engineering, design & marketing counterparts.

I've never learned as much as I have these past months. Fell in love all over again with the craft of building great products.

That love for building & for helping others discover what's newly possible, is what brought me back to Knowunity. Applying these learnings at scale, alongside brilliant colleagues rethinking how apps get built.

Part of the strategy team, helped scale from 800k to +15M users and +€5M in ARR (from scratch)

Product lead - Monetisation & AI (~1.5 years)

Built subscription from scratch, to +$300k MRR, conducting extensive qual./quant. research & coordinating 4 weekly A/B
Led AI efforts & notably built a digital tutor from the ground up, now used by +1m monthly actives
Built ads product (increasing click rates by ≈8x) & worked on end-to-end flow with sales team to increase B2B revenue
Hired as Sr. Growth Manager (promoted 4 months in, after leading series A fundraising efforts, raising +15m from top VCs)
