I lead design at Knowunity, an AI-first startup helping +35 million students. In my free time, I build apps & experiment with whatever's newly possible. Everything I learn, I share on Substack & YouTube. I am not an ML expert. Just someone obsessed enough to lose sleep over what's newly possible.

How I got here

Economist & strategist by training, turned PM, then full-stack. After BCG, I scaled Knowunity as co-head of product from 800K to 15M+ users & €5M+ ARR, as the only non-founder on the strategy team.

Then came Tolly, a platform for hyper-personalized children's stories. I taught myself to code, interviewed 100+ potential co-founders, and built our MVP alongside two exceptional teammates (ex-BCG & PhD in Computer Science), testing it with 100+ parents. We couldn't validate core hypotheses, so we called it quits. Painful, but ultimately the correct decision.

Since then: 50+ websites, apps & custom tools, end-to-end. Graduated from Figma & Framer to Lovable, then Cursor, then Claude Code. Picking up TypeScript, React, Swift & motion design along the way. That love for building & for helping others discover what's newly possible is what brought me back to Knowunity.

What I believe

Strong believer there's never been a better time to:

• Ship fast & iterate faster (tight feedback loops, relentless iteration)
• Learn to code & leverage AI (Claude Code is awesome, but fundamentals still matter, for devs & beyond)
• Obsess over UX/UI (shipping is easier; standing out is harder & product excellence will win)
• Stay small & sharp (pizza-sized teams with talent spikes will outbuild the rest)
